Born and raised in the Wenatchee Valley, Tandi’s vision is to create a space of refuge and healing by gathering together the purest ingredients nature has to offer.
Tandi began her career as a hairdresser and making people feel beautiful on the outside, but decided to dive deeper into helping people feel just as beautiful on the inside using the power of plant-based nutrition. She improved her own health and well-being at the age of 21, becoming a passionate foodie that enjoys sharing vegan cuisine with the world.
Tandi enjoys being active in the community and local farmers market, as well as assisting others in becoming the greatest versions of themselves. You’ll often find her serving at the front of the house and smiling a lot.
With a passion to create the most delicious foods full of life and vitality, Chef Arrow utilizes simple, organic, plant-based ingredients to create delicious, nutrient dense dishes to nourish the body, mind and soul.
His specialty is taking food in its basic form and developing flavorful recipes that are easy to compose and even easier to enjoy. Arrow's abundance of knowledge and experience as a plant-based chef working with raw/living foods makes him an excellent teacher to instill the confidence and skills in anyone seeking to use their own kitchen and adopt a healthier lifestyle.
Chef Arrow has worked at several award winning plant-based restaurants and retreat centers including Dr. Cousens Tree of Life Center, The ChocolaTree Organic Oasis, and G-Zen Restaurant.
