Dharma Dinner: Veggie Fiesta

Vegan dishes inspired by Mexican cuisine prepared by Chef Arrow Grey

Dharma translates to following your truth, your life's purpose, being in tune with the cosmos. All beings have dharma; flowers to bloom, sun to shine, compassion to heal. A driving force behind The Hunter's Wife Health Bar is a passion for healthy living. A dharmic path based around the belief that with pure, organic, plant-powered food we can be our best selves. That is why we have set up Dharma Dinners and the Screw Cancer program: to help the people courageously fighting cancer find healing by providing free fresh-pressed, organic juice daily throughout treatment and recovery.

50% of proceeds from this dinner will benefit Grupo Unidad, an organization dedicated to bringing together cultures in our community

The evening's 5-course menu includes:

  • Nori Nachos with Heirloom Tomato Salsa
  • Anaheim Chili Rellenos
  • Hearts of Palm Ceviche
  • Sweet Corn and Portabello Mushroom Tamales with Guacamole and Raw Cacao Mole
  • Mango Creme filled Chocolate Tacos with Coconut "Fried" Ice Cream
  • Sangria Kombucha

Tickets are $55/person and can be pre-purchased by calling 509.888.3557 or stopping by the health bar.
